OUR PROCESS

We start our placement process with a personalized assessment to discover what your individual needs and desires might be.  This assessment may be conducted in person, over the phone or email and will include the activities of daily living that require support, the various care options that meet the level of care needed, social needs and desired activities, preferred location and budget.

After our initial assessment we will use our local expertise to curate a list of options based on your needs and discuss with you the merits of each facility to help decide which option will be best for you.

Your senior care specialist will schedule tours, tour in person with you or your loved one, communicate with facilities and support you in your decision-making process.

After a decision has been made, our team will support you in the transition and move plan.  Your senior care specialist will follow up after the move to make sure everyone is off to a good start and happy with chosen senior community or home.
